1. Fees
You agree that upon signing up for any of our paid plans (not including free plan) you will pay us our fees as mentioned on our website. Fees are charged on a monthly basis and you will be automatically charged for each subsequent month from the date of signing up, unless and until you manually cancel your subscription through your members account. Subscriptions cannot be canceled by sending us an email. Any and all disputes arising out of payments or credit card billing of any form whatsoever should be resolved with www.paypal.com, the payment processors.

2. Use of Service
The service may be used without limitation solely by the user who signs up and has paid for the service, on a single-user basis. Results or data generated on our site cannot be altered, distributed or displayed in any form whatsoever. Any data or information downloaded or obtained by you from the Site must be for your sole use. Members may not redistribute, sell, or recompile any data provided to you on the site.

3. Contacting Members
Members with free, trial, or other non-paid subscriptions must agree to accept email messages from the Owner. Paid members have the option of opting to be contacted or not at the time of registration. Members will only be contacted about important site updated affecting the service. No user data will be shared or distributed in any form whatsoever.

4. Disclaimer

• The owner makes no representation or warranty with respect to the site and to the extent permitted under applicable law.
• The site and service are delivered as is.
• The owner cannot assume responsibility for errors or omissions in the data or results generated by the service and the results are not guaranteed for accuracy.
• All trademarks of Domains should be verified by the members before registering as the Owners have no system for verifying the results and cannot be held responsible for the same.
• The owner uses software and scripts developed by 3rd party organizations and is not responsible for errors, omissions or inaccuracies therein, other than those required for the smooth functioning of the site.
• In no event will the site owner or any of its officers or employees be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, economic, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the site, even if the owner has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will liability of the owner or any of its officers or employees exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using the services offered on this site.
